About the role

Why4® is a Swiss-made Talent Management suite used by coaches, trainers, HR professionals and organisations in 11 languages. We are looking for experienced Master Coaches — one per country — to lead the deployment of our psychometric tools and grow a certified practitioner network in their territory.

This is not a corporate role. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for senior coaches who want to add a powerful psychometric layer to their practice, multiply their impact through a network, and build a recurring revenue stream.

What we are looking for

• ✓10+ years of professional coaching experience
• ✓ICF certified or equivalent (EMCC, IAC — ACC, PCC or MCC level preferred)
• ✓Certification on at least one recognised psychometric tool (DISC, MBTI, 16PF, Hogan, Lumina or equivalent)
• ✓Ready to set up or already running your own coaching practice
• ✓Extensive network of coaches and HR professionals in your territory
• ✓Strong interest in AI-powered assessment and talent development
• ✓Fluent in English + local language of the territory

Your responsibilities

• →Integrate Why4® psychometric tools (Why4®, Why6®, Why7®) into your coaching methodology
• →Deploy Why4® within your client portfolio — coaches, HR directors, training organisations
• →Onboard and support a local network of certified Why4® coaches
• →Deliver individual and team debrief sessions using Why4® reports
• →Act as the local Why4® ambassador: talks, webinars, workshops
• →Co-develop market-specific content and case studies with the Why4® team
